Syllabize is a unit of IALF Private Limited. This policy explains how we handle your personal information on syllabize.in and our student portal, in line with Indian data protection law.
What we collect
- Details you share with us – such as your name, email and phone number.
- Course information – your application, test answers, results, feedback and payment records.
- Basic technical information – needed to keep the website secure.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and questions.
- To provide and improve our coaching.
- To send updates you've agreed to receive.
- To meet legal requirements.
Writing responses may be processed by an AI service to give practice feedback. We never sell your information.
Who we share it with
We work with trusted service providers who host our website, store data, send emails and provide AI feedback. Some of them are outside India, and they may use your information only to provide their services to us. Otherwise, we share it only with your consent or where the law requires.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for these purposes or as the law requires, for example for financial records. Backups are deleted automatically after a set period.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent (for example, unsubscribe from emails) at any time.
Students under 18
If you are under 18, we ask a parent or guardian to confirm their consent before we use your information for coaching and study guidance. We contact them using the details you provide, or record their consent in person at our centre. A parent or guardian can ask us about the information we hold, or withdraw their consent, at any time by contacting us.

We use only essential cookies and browser storage, to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We don't use advertising cookies.
